Something for everyone. The ATRIO caters to all tastes: studios, 2.5, 3.5 or 4.5-room apartments. You decide what suits you, your lifestyle and your requirements.
In addition to three studios and 13 maisonettes, most of the other residential units face both the street and courtyard. The way into most of these apartments is from the access balcony via a loggia. The kitchen and dining area are on the courtyard side. The living area with an additional private loggia and the second bedroom are on the street side.
Everything you need
All the apartments feature generous and intelligently designed floor plans. The interiors have clear and modern designs and a high-quality finish. Bright rooms and selected materials provide the ideal setting for your own personal oasis of well-being. Each apartment comes with a high-quality oak parquet floor and its own washer/dryer. All apartments with 3.5 or more rooms have two bathrooms.
ATRIO is equipped with an innovative electronic access management system. You’ll never have to worry about lost or stolen keys again. You can use the app to determine at any time who can access the apartment and when – including remotely.
Multi-purpose outdoor areas
Most apartments have an inviting outdoor area such as a loggia or terrace. Many apartments even have two outdoor areas. Together with the inner courtyard, ATRIO has many places – private or shared – to relax, enjoy the evening or entertain friends.
Whether as a family, single person, couple or in a student flat: the ATRIO is the place for you. The apartments are currently being let as per the schedule. Visits are scheduled from February 2022.

Steps to applying for an apartment
How to apply for an apartment:
– Look through the accommodation on offer for your desired apartment.
– Click on the “Apply now” button in the detailed apartment view.
– Please complete the online form in full. Only complete applications will be processed.
Please note that it may take 2-3 weeks to review your application. There will be no apartment reservations initially. A reservation means the applicant has been approved and the lease has been issued.
